For years, I’ve seen firsthand the silent battles people fight every day — from the stress of the job to the weight of depression and anxiety that too often go unspoken. I started AlterEgo because I wanted to shine a light on mental health and remind people that strength isn’t just physical — it’s emotional, too.

Fitness has always been my outlet — a way to release, reset, and rebuild. But I realized something was missing in the fitness world: a real connection between physical strength and emotional resilience. AlterEgo was born from that realization — to create apparel that empowers you to show up as your truest self, inside and out.
